This prestigious site comprises of 180,000 square feet of office space and 10,000 square feet of retail, which houses the renowned Miles Market, our gourmet food store. It’s also home to Harry’s Bar & Restaurant and Waterfront Wellness - our award-winning gym and nutrition facility. The development was designed by Childs Bartman & Tseckares and Conyers & Associates from Bermuda, who have reflected the vision of the Cox family. Not only does it uphold Bermuda’s architectural history, but it also has a strong emphasis on luxury and quality.
